Archaeology at Barnard Tavern

Barnard Tavern

Join archaeologists from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Summer Field School in Historical Archaeology and experience a day of hands-on learning. Workshop participants will be paired with archaeologists and work as part of the Barnard Tavern research team. They will have the opportunity to excavate and sift at the site and clean artifacts in the field lab. The fee is $45 per person ($40 for members). Workshop participants must be age sixteen or older.
