Open Hearth Cooking: Food and Drink for Celebrations

In 2012, the Historic Deerfield Open Hearth Cooking Program enters its 25^th year of service!  To celebrate this special occasion, come and watch open hearth cooks prepare “celebratory” food and beverage.  Come and learn how early New Englanders marked special events like weddings or holidays, even elections, with special food and drink.  Included with general admission.
