Open Hearth Cooking: Foods of the Harvest

Late summer and autumn were busy times in early American kitchens. There would have been an abundance of fresh produce needed to be processed and preserved for the winter.  Historic Deerfield’s cooks will be preparing dishes featuring apples, pumpkins, and corn this fall. Included with general admission.
