"Written by Hand" Family Activities

So much of what we know about the past has been learned from handwritten documents¾letters, diaries, and account books are some examples.  As we become more and more distanced from handwriting, we could lose an important skill.  Join us to have fun practicing with a quill pen, learn (or re-learn) the art of cursive handwriting, and write a letter to someone special. Participants should bring the address of a special recipient so they can write and send a special hand-crafted letter.  Included with general admission.
