The Little Yellow Trolley Car by Marie Betts Bartlett

Written by a local author, this is a true story of  a little yellow trolley car that brought passengers and freight from one small town to another just 2 towns from Deerfield (Buckland to Shelburne Falls to Colrain, Mass.) between 1896 and 1927. Enjoy the bold, colorful papercut illustrations while you listen to the sounds of the trolley’s travels, the noises she hears when she sits in a farmer’s yard for sixty years and the sounds of her restoration.
