Dublin Seminar 2013: Foodways in the Northeast II

The annual conference of the Dublin Seminar for New England Folklife, sponsored by Historic Deerfield, will explore “Foodways in the Northeast II: A Second Helping” as this year’s topic. The conference features seventeen lectures, a supporting workshop and demonstrations on the subject of New England’s culinary history from 1600 to present.
