Amazing Almanacs

Almanacs have been a valuable source of agricultural, astronomical, and other scientific information for centuries. Will it be a rainy summer or a mild winter? When is the next blue moon or solar eclipse? Do you want to know when the tide is high, or when the sun rises? Look it up in an almanac! Did you know that Historic Deerfield has almanacs in our collection? Come learn more about amazing almanacs and just how useful they can be. Make a simple model of the sun, moon, and earth to take home with you!
