Join one of our hearth cooks during the hot month of July and see what’s in blooming in the Cooks’ Garden. Learn about herbs and how they were used in historic cookery. Demonstrations may include preparation of cold drinks like lemonade and switchel, processing of garden herbs and vegetables for preservation, and displays of seasonal produce.
