PUBLIC PROGRAMS MANAGER

Historic Deerfield seeks a dynamic full-time Public Programs Manager with a passion for history and a commitment to visitor engagement to join the Museum Education Team. The Public Programs Manager designs, manages, implements, and evaluates engaging educational and cultural events for all museum visitors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, mission-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in both program management and execution within a museum education or public history environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in history, education, museum
studies, or a related field; three-five years of program management experience, and a strong commitment to site engagement and visitor experience.
