The month of June begins with the end of asparagus season and the promise of sweet strawberries. By the end of the month, the herb garden will be bursting with color, fresh herbs, and edible flowers to flavor favorite recipes. The dishes this month are “Cook’s Choice.” Come see fresh local produce put to use in our historical recipes.
