Reunion Check-in

When you arrive in Deerfield, please check in to receive an information packet with reunion schedule, touring options, and name badge. Your name badge will provide you with access to all reunion activities, the Flynt Center and houses, and general admission public programming at no additional charge.

Check- in times and locations include:

Friday, July 10: 1:00–4:30 p.m. at Champney House (43A Old Main Street)
Saturday, July 11: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. at the Deerfield Community Center (16 Memorial Street)

Lodgings Check-in

Deerfield Inn: Proceed to the Deerfield Inn lobby to check into your room. Should you need to reach the Inn prior to arrival, please call (413) 774-5587.

Deerfield Academy dorms: Please check in at Champney House (43A Old Main Street) between 1:00–4:30 p.m. on Friday to receive your room key and directions to the dorm. If you will be arriving outside of this time, please contact Jessica Schofield at jschofield@historic-deerfield.org or (413) 775-7176 in advance for instructions.
