Our hearth cooks will be whipping up hot chocolate like they did in the 18th century! Come and learn about the complex history of chocolate and how it fits into Deerfield’s story. We will be using American Heritage Chocolate (a special chocolate made by the Historic Division of Mars, Inc.).
